The mixed-use lakeside site incorporates workshops, laboratories and offices for design and light manufacturing companies in the sustainability industries. The striking, contemporary buildings incorporate cutting-edge sustainable technologies.
They are designed to be light-filled and naturally ventilated cutting down on energy used for artificial lighting and air conditioning. An on-site energy centre harvests waste water and generates energy on-site to minimise the project’s environmental impact.
